About Allergy Ear, Nose and Throat Institute Lawton OK and Altus OK

Dale B. Smith, D.O., is a highly trained physician and surgeon. He is board-certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Smith specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of problems related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. Dr. Smith spent nine years on active duty with the U.S. Army including deployment to Desert Storm. His areas of special interest includes allergy, nasal and sinus surgery, head and neck cancer, and facial cosmetic surgery. As part of Dr. Smith’s dedication to education and staying up with the newest in medical research and techniques, he serves as an associate clinical professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Smith is a past president of the Oklahoma Academy of Otolaryngology.
